China Trip Day 1 - Shanghai to Hangzhou

Here are pictures from our first full day in China. We had to get up super early to get breakfast and get on the bus.  During this portion of the trip, we stayed at a different hotel every night so had to make sure everything was packed and ready to go every single morning.

We traveled from Shanghai to a city called Hangzhou on this first day. We got to see the financial/downtown section of Shanghai, then traveled by bus to a small city called Fengjing, an old water town. We later visited a Latex Factory where they tried to sell us mattresses and pillows!  We had to sit through about a 2 hour sales pitch where only 2 people purchased something. Later we went to the G20 Sky Deck (pictures are on a different device), and ended up at the beautiful West Lake in Hangzhou.

Aunt Pooi got Maddie to take a much needed nap on the bus! Thankfully she stayed with her on the bus as the rest of us walked around the G20 Sky Deck.
