Halloween 2018!

Here is 1 post with all of the Halloween things we did this month!

The week or so before Halloween we went across the street to Wicker Park as one of the well known children's performers in Chicago - Mr Dave - was having a concert. Then on Halloween evening I stayed at home and handed out candy with James.  Joseph took Maddie trick or treating! She had a blast and of course loved getting candy!!  But it was a very chilly night so they could not stay out too late.

On our way to Wicker Park to see Mr Dave! Maddie is dressed as a fairy and of course the kids had to have matching crocheted hats!

Dressed as a fairy and she wanted to wear her frog hat, so I guess she was a frog fairy!

Colleen and Joe's Wedding

Not all of these posts have to be about the kids, right?

Joseph and I went out on our own for one of the first times since James was born!  Pau Pau Nancy was in Asia but came back just in time to babysit for us so we could go to our very good friends Colleen and Joe's wedding downtown!

We had a lovely evening fulled with friends and love!

Gung Gung and Bak Bak Visit

Gung Gung Wilson, Vickie's Dad, and Vickie's grandmother on her Dad's side came to visit! James slept most of the time so they did not get a lot of awake time with him, but we still had a very nice visit!
